there is no way GSP signs that contract. I know he has been confirmed for the game, but there is no way CAA will let him sign that contract to hand over lifetime video game rights.
Depending on how big mma gets, GSP could get his own damn video game like Tony Hawk or Griffey.

Only viable reasoning for Fitch not signing the contract is because they weren't offering him the money he thought he deserved. It was basically give us the rights to your name in video games for the rest of your life or be released...shitty job by the UFC.

What? I wanted Fitch in the game!! Why would I boycott a game that I wanted him in, that he refused? So punish myself by not playing a MMA game because of his decisions? I think not.

Yep I'm waiting to hear what Dana White and Jon Fitch have to say about this. Of coruse everyone on Sherdog will jump on this right from the get go. Even though Jon Fitch hasn't even come out and said anything.

I'm not saying they will, I'm just saying that if it came down to Kos and more money, I wouldn't be surprised if they let him go
as for Fitch I'd like to hear something directly from him or the UFC (but mmaweekly has also confirmed the news)

The probably offered a better deal to GSP (maybe some profit from the game). Fitch is not in a posistion to get a better deal to be honest. Fitch is probably the second best WW he lost decisively to GSP. He's sort of in Franklins shoes now and hes more of in the way for the UFC at this point (from there perspective I would think).
