Alot of people are missing the point. Fitch has no problem being in the game. He just doesn't want to give away the rights to his name and likeness for life to the UFC for videogames. Unless they pay him alot, he shouldn't sign that kind of deal, which is illegal for starters, nor should any other fighter.
