That was a really good dish I had there. But I have to disgree about what you said of the sushi, their sushi is the best I ever tasted. I guess it depends were you go.

So you'd rather pay for HDNet on US cable than to pay for the PPV in Japan?

Funny how it was in the open that I was an English teacher from the get go (its actually in my profile), but how you haven't had fuck all to say about all the dumb shit you've been posting this whole time, as if all you needed to do was show I was an English teacher to prove your point about my not seeing DreamIII for free being "my fault" for not living in Tokyo. I actually assumed YOU were an English teacher too, because the majority of English teachers I meet here are Japanophiles who make excuses for the blatant problems they experience everyday.
You have had nothing to say about the gripes of actual native Japanese here (the six solid points I made were totally ignored), nothing to say about the outright lying (or ignorance) you displayed making that statement about travel costs to and from Sapporo, nothing to say about how we get the same PPVs and TV in Sapporo as you do in Tokyo (making your original "point" irrelevant) and nothing to say about how I pegged you as an easily impressed island bumpkin who thinks he's fucking cool because he lives in a shithole like Tokyo. Instead you resort to the same tired tactics of accusing me of avoiding the argument when you haven't made a point in like three responses. You moved from one isolated little Island to another and you're clearly very proud of yourself, but travel and change isn't new to me and I don't just fall in love with any country that gives me more to look at than potato farms and my cousin's cunny.

This is easily the most interesting debate I've ever found on Sherdog, carry on SnakeEyes and company!

As if it's impossible to not have the time of your life in this silly country. I went to Bali for ten days and as a cultural experience, and this is despite hoards of shitty American and Aussie tourists and some pretty aggressive hawkers, it blew my entire year in Japan out of the water. Personally the people I meet here who seem to think this is such an exciting, interesting place play a not so subtle game of pretending that racism, sexism and general selfishness isn't as big of a problem here as it actually is. I don't suffer from these illusions and while the occasional enkai with work people can be fun, its also disingenuous and not at all reflective of how they act at work, and certainly not "crazy" in the way so many "genki" foreigners seem to think. I find it fairly boring to watch people pretend to be drunker than they are and ask me to be their fucking monkey.
Anyways, in the end I streamed the event, but obviously paying for it or watching it in sub-quality isn't exactly as good as getting it for free on TV, is it?

Your initial rant was about not getting to watch Dream live. There were two very easy options to do so.
And I don't mean to be condescending, but maybe I am naive. And while I will never ignore the sexism/racism that exists here, obviously our experiences in this country are different in many ways (fortunately no one has ever wanted me to be their "monkey").
And it's only $1K to go back home (if home is the USA for you), so that isn't too bad.
