Hawking changed his position on black holes in 2004, saying that they do allow some information to escape. This problem is known as the black hole information paradox.
This does not negatively effect the big bang cosmology presented in his books. In fact this new theory helps explain some of the "uncaused" effects in the universe, and may lead to a better understanding of the cause of the big bang.
xguy is also a known liar.
