Fedor vs brown bear?
We have to assume Fedor would have enough time to put a proper game plan together, and also the bear could not be freakishly big - let's say 265 for the sake of argument. Who would you put your money on?

Hate to say it.. but I don't think any man is gonna beat a bear like that without a weapon. They have claws and teeth, there's no way you're knocking out a bear with a punch or kick, and you can't submit a bear.. they don't have even close to the same body structure as a human!
However, if it had no teeth or claws, I think Fedor could probably wrestle with it to the point it got confused, frustrated and ran away!

If the fight is by the unified MMA rules, Fedor wins... by disqualification. In a true no holds barred fight, the bear wins by flying heel hook.

the thing is though, bears still have joints...Fedor would just have to get a different type of armbar. Also I reckon he could choke out the bear, and setting it up with an overhand right to the bear's nose/eyesocket.
