I agree completly competition breeds excellence they say! If we have 3 or 4 orgs ALL puttin on good shows and the fans were watching them all we would all be better off! There doesnt have to be one BEST org we can have orgs that all work to put on incredible shows and they will all make crazy amounts of money and we will SPEND crazy amounts of money to watch but be happy doing it!

Something that isn't there? While many of these posters are getting way ahead of themselves with the Dream > UFC crap, it is hard not to be excited about the future of Dream. I am cautiously optimistic.

not only did they get the fighters that MATTER (Wand, Shogun, Nog, Herring, Cro Cop? Soko, Henderson, Anderson, Chonan, Nakamura, etc) but they got the rights to all the old footage from the best days of Pride (promos, future DVD sales, unreleased archived footage, etc)

Dream can't use the Pride theme, doesn't have the best Pride fighters (Fedor?) and have altered the Pride rules.

if anything Dream is K1 Hero*s with a facelift and blue gloves.

I noticed you said everything except for the fighters. Stars that the UFC has : BJ, GSP, Anderson, Rampage, Hendo, Big Nog etc. The ufc has the best fighters in the world and only a pride hugger would try to dispute that. UFC>Any other mma org

It's not the way i want it, its just the way it is. They don't pay the best but they have the best comp so fighters stay with them. According to sherdog, the ufc has 5 of the top p4p fighters in the world. Their fighters hold the top three spots. Now, i've never seen dream but since they're new i think it's safe to say that none of their fighters are at the top of the p4p rankings or the rankings in general. I am curious, how would i watch dream. Is it available in Canada? I am a fan of mma and would like to watch events from all orgs but don't have access to some of them.
