I think Ken Shamrock is an amazing Commentator

Say what you will about him, but I enjoy his commentary on the fighters during the fight. I know his talent is sub par in all his fighting but he shows his knowledge of the sport, and I really think he has a future with it.

Despite numerous silly mistakes, Ken's general knowledge of the sport proved enjoyable to hear. After watching the utter demise of the Lions Den and then Ken's awful showing on TUF, I was starting to believe he really knew nothing about contemporary MMA, but I was wrong. He had a lot of knowledge to add, even if he can't tell a left hook from a right hook or vice versa.

this has to be the first time, i've ever read anything positive about ken on sherdog. I too also agree. He is very good. I would rather her him for Dream 6 than listen to Bas talk about him self.

Oh yeah, and thats right. I am saying something bad about a Bas. I've been listening to him talk about him self since he started in Pride, and it seems his bald head just keeps getting bigger with every inside MMA he does.

Eh, I give em BOTH props...They both are well spoken and knowledgable in MMA but they also BOTH tend to favor one fighter over another.

Ken really impressed me at Playboy2. I heard him on a couple of the NBC Strikeforce shows and was a bit intrigued but his LIVE commentary seemed to surpass his taped performances. The guy's got a future, win or lose against Kimbo.

I prefer listening to him than to hear Joe Rogan's high pitched voice.

Calling Herb Dean "Cecil" is memorable.
