there are some good points in there, but as a whole, ive never been told stfu noob or any of that other nonsense. one, even though i have a white belt status on this website forum, i am by no means a "noob" to the sport of mma/nhb nor to this forum. i lurked for ever and decided one day just to make an account and post every now and then. two, i have other hobbies(which include bjj classes, boxing, sparring with friends and guys at the gym, playing guitar in a band, a girlfriend, and a career), so i dont really have the time to post alot nor do i really care to post in every single thread just to get my numbers up just so people wont think im a "noob" by my white belt status. three, i think alot of people on here can be somewhat hypocritical towards whitebelt status, granted alot of the TUF crowd/UFC only threads are tired and old and to some extent deserve the ridicule, not ALL white belts are like that, some of the higher rankings but UFC or PRIDEFC only "nuthuggers" make just as bad if not worse threads/statements as the TUF "noobs".

i wrote way too much, meh.

Well, as a "noob", I actually appreciate this post, because I believe in message board etiquette. I read the FAQ and lurked for a few months to acquaint myself with the Sherdog regulars before I posted my first message.
