He definitely did not "barely" win as that comment said
He shrugged the TD attempts, used superior head movement and landed a couple of good combos. He won by TKO and didn't have a scratch. While he may not have looked like the Cro Cop that won the OWGP he looked better than his last outing IMO

He walked right through Al Turk without effort, the guy was lucky it ended with a silly eye poke (Al Turk didnt have to do that) it could have been way, way worse. CroCop was cheated out of the KO by the worst ref in MMA, and I'm sure he is very angry about that. You are just scared he will be back and decapitate your fav fighters.
Stupid white-belt thread.

He barely got past Al-Turk and he has no striking skills. Plus, he doesn't intimidate people like he use to. The guys mentioned all either have power or excellent gnp skills. Let's face it folks, the Cro Cop we once knew is no more and he will never contend for a championship in the UFC.

Never say never. Would I put money on Cro Cop becoming UFC champ? Probably not, but I would never count him out either.

TS, you're beyond ridiculous. He destroyed Al-Turk.
Al-Turk did nothing to him.

I wouldn't say Chuck was an anomaly, he was just a great wrestler(good takedown defense) with good striking and power, and a good chin (until lately). He did well against other wrestlers, and usually just outstruck them.
Mirko has good wrestling type takedown defense, but his takedown defense from the clinch hasn't looked too great yet.
