why would bas arbitrarily pick 11mph as a warmup?...the other day i was doing 6.5 on the treadmill and this 5'5 guy was on 8mph for at least 8minutes.. reason i bring up the height is that taller people with long legs have an easier time with their long strides.. bas is like 6'1... rip hamilton on the pistons said in HS he used to run on 12 and the highest incline for long periods of time.. but the other posters are right, you didn't "catch" him in a lie.

Bas has insane cardio, and has said how 20 year old fit fighters are puking during his workouts.. he is a freak!

He doesn intervall training as well with sprints up a hill and inclined treadmill.. that shit is hard to do for anybody, but he does it!
