I know that belt color does not necessarily mean that you REALLY know what you are talking about, but lets assume you do know more than the average "noob" or white belt.

The question is: Brown Belts, Black Belts, and Red Belts, who do you think will win if Wanderlei Silva and Chuck Liddell do meet in the octagon???

Chuck - I think the rules/structure favor him.
Whoever wins - I think it'll be by Tko/ko

Brown Black or red belt in What..? If its anything to do with number of post on here,, its a ludicrous distinction.. and if its in general martial arts like Karate styles or TKD , etc, then its only marginally better..

If you are talking about brown black or red level in Muay Thai, BJJ, Shooto, CSW, Sambo, etc, then I see your argument being very valid, based on the experience that that level of training gives you..

But there are definitely exceptions to the rule as well.. I think anyone who has trained in specific combat arts will have an eye towrds understanding, but without knowing the strengths and weaknesses that a fighter has in TRAINING, you cannot determine the outcome of the fight..

If you look at background alone, Silva and Babalu BOTH have an advantage on paper.. but Chuck has made a career out of beating guys he should lose to on paper..

Jealous?
This is as close a fight as you will ever see IMO.
If I had to choose I'd go with Chuck, by a hair's width.
Just because I think he hits harder.
If it goes past the first then Wanderlei's legendary cardio will win it.
No need to bet now, because Wand's match will Crocop will give you all the info you need.
