Vitor was the better fighter that night. He was much better prepared and yeah he probably deserved to win.

However, 2 things are undeniable:
-> Vitor was unable to defend the takedowns when Rumble was fresh (3 first minutes, AJ landed 2 TD and was in Victor's guard each time before Dan broke them up)
-> Vitor was unable to get back on his feet by himself, nor working for sub or improve his position

So what's your take ?
-> It doesn't matter because AJ was going to Lay-N-Pray anyway.
-> Dan should have let AJ worked a few more seconds before stand them up.
-> There is no way the fight was fixed, however I do believe Uncle Dana had a discussion with the Ref' before the fight.
-> Dan Miragliotta was just influenced by the Brazilian crowd, plus he saw the Dan Hardy fight.

I dont use the bleacher report, but maybe the article was deleted because it had no real proof? Only wild allegations.

Edit: And the writer says he doubts there was fight rigging in the UFC before, but its widely known that Oleg Taktarov vs Anthony Macias was fixed.

More then likely it got deleted because of the strong allegations in the article, with no real proof to back it up as you said. That could spell trouble for the author who apparently didn't take it down fast enough lol, as the TS got a screen shot of it, and Bleacher Report could potentially get sued as well.

That isn't an article. It's just some dude's opinion. It doesn't hold any more weight than if some white belt posted it on sherdog.
