UFC fighers should thanks Pride
i was just wondering about this, and i wanna know your opinion on it.
That the ufc fighters is the one that will benefits from Pride moving to the US the most in the long run. WHy? C0mpetition for UFC to keep their fighters! THe UFC will have to pay the fighters MORE to keep them in the organization and away from PRIDE. In the long run the fighters will be better paid and probably better promoted. UFC monopoly in the US will end...
you guys agree?

no.... pride should be thanking the ufc if anything.
and UFC will not pay fighters more than they deserve to be paid. that's a great way to go out of business. Believe it or not, there's a lot of other expenses besides fighter salaries that the UFC has to pay.

No, Dana is pretty straightforward with people who want more money, he tells them take what i give or get out. The only guy who won the money war was tito ortiz because WFA had agreed to make his payment and Dana needed tito so he can bring us wonderful matchups like Tito vs Ken #3,4,5 .
But put yourself in the place of other UFC fighters, even the highly decorated TUF posterboys like Kocheck and Sanchez and Forrest arent worth a dime to pride, so if they ask for more money and threaten to leave then they will come begging for the job back in less than a few hours!!
Which brings us to the completly abused level of fighters in UFC, the ones who make 3-4grand a fight, why would pride want them? They will be back accepting 1grand from dana just to let them back in.
Pride has enough fighters in every division, if they make an offer to a UFC fighter then it will be only to the already big names and most likely the heavier division, Arlovski, Sylvia, Chuck, these guys already make great money in UFC so if UFC has to pay them more to stay then the rich will get richer, but what about the other 99% of the fighters? They stay and they shut up and take what they get paid.

that's what it comes down to.
hopefully, Pride FC will have some success in the US. let's not expect Pride to blow the UFC out of the water, just because it's a bigger and more popular org internationally. it won't be easy for Pride to please the US audience, so let's hope they put on a good show and continue with steady success.
ideally, the UFC and Pride can co-exist in the US. it could be a very healthy rivalry.

Fame in the UFC will always outweigh the paycheck of PRide. Fame brings higher pay, sponserships, and title fights.

PRIDE doesn't have the competence as far as matchmaking goes to really make much of an impact in the USA. They rely bigtime on name draws, and are used to plying their trade in front of MUCH more tolerant crowds. Not to mention PRIDE having to play by NSAC rules...it basically removes a lot of what makes PRIDE interesting and unique in the first place.
This whole situation will end with PRIDE going back to strictly Japanese shows, mark my words. They don't have the commitment or the creativity to really make a dent in North America. If they were REALLY smart, they'd fund/buy out some organization like WFA or Strikeforce or something similar, and have it focus on trying to find US/Canadian talent and occasionally mixing it up with some of their international talent.

Not having to travel to Japan to fight bullshit freakshows like Minowa or Zulu or Giant Silva is probably a benefit as well.

I disagree with you bigtime here. Pride is trying to break into the US market, dominated by TUF fans. If Pride was able to steal away a Diego, Forrest, Leben etc. They could take a big Chunk of the UFC fanbase.
Their skills may not add up to much in Pride, but you bet US fans are going to follow TUF fighters....and Wand vs. Forrest might be fun to watch
