Wanderlei Silva and steroids

A lot of people on here keep remarking on how much smaller and less aggressive he looked in the fight against Chuck Liddell. Not only that, but he wanted to wait until December to fight, could that have been to let his system clear out? I was just wondering what your thoughts were.

I personally would not be surprised if that was why he was smaller and less aggressive, nor would I be surprised if they were a result of increased training and strategy. The third point is stretching it completely and I don't think that was the case, he just needed time to settle, adjust, and train for Chuck. But again, I'm just wondering what other people think.

Note: I was cheering for Wandy during that fight, and if this thread counts as possible fighter bashing please let me know as it is not intentional. Thanks.

Has there been evidance of Wandy using steroids? I know alot of people have been saying that he used them, but has it been proven? Iam just curious as to why people accuse him of juicing, I personally have not found anything on him using steroids on the net, (maybe iam not looking hard enough) so Iam just wondering if anyone has any links or acticles about him using Steroids.

I don't think he juiced, but thats because I have never seen any hard evidence, or any evidence at all really except for he was a mad man in Pride. Although this in not evidence, but reading through some posts on several MMA forums people have seemed to pass judgement, but like I said I dont know if they know something i dont so any links would help greatly.

Iam not calling anyone out on this one Iam just curious if Wanderlei juiced or not, and if so does anyone have a link to something i could read about it on. Thanks for any help.

i think it has more to do with pride fighters not cutting as much as UFC fighters do. Shogun looked small too. Maybe its the steroids but most pride fighters looked like they fought at a natural weight

randleman, coleman etc.. clearly on roids in Pride.. I mean.. holy crap.

Brazil.. steroids are insanely cheap... same with eastern europe.

Pride *DID NOT* test for steroids.

So.. lesse.. Pride guys.. totally dominant apparently.. come to the US.. fight with testing.. almost *all* lose badly.. (not all, but most)..

Fihlo looks like 1/2 the guy he was in japan.. same with Wandy.. Shogun lost to forrest.. CroCop gets owned by KONGO...

Arona won't even show up.

But no.. ther eis *NO REASON* to *EVEN SPECULATE* abou the *POSSIBILITY* given the above.. that there MIGHT HAVE been steroid use.

Maybe i dident make it clear, Iam a Wandy fan have been ever since i saw him fight Iam just curious why everyone says he juices, I dont think he does, but alot of people say that he does, I want to know why everyone says he does I have not seem any evidence. So is there any evidence or is just a blind accusation? Its a legitimate question

He was simply asking a question... it's reasons like you why I do not post on these forums. "Cum belts" How clever! Or maybe people have more important things to do than to sit around and argue and make fun of people they have never met? Grow up.
