Best weight to fight

What weight do u think fighters that cut weight now, will preform at there best ? If lets say there is a open weight turnament or some thing. If they need to be in the best shape for a fight speed/stamina/power, not just be big. Fighters like Anderson Silva, GSP, Rampage, Forrest and so on ?

Is my english that bad ?
whats so stupid about the question ? Yeah i know its between there weight class and what they walk at.
Remember 'Ninja' Rua participating in the HW turnament, he was big, but not fit at all, or look at Rampage now he is a little over weight, u can't say there at there best at what they walk around, and there not at there best after cuting weight to, thats way the weighing is not in the same day as the fight, they need to to hydrate back.

For ex u think Anderson is at his best at 190 or 200 ?
