Bare knuckle fight against a larger opponent. Any advice/tips?

Hi guys my name's Tommy im from New Zealand and im 14 years old. At school I have a friend named Michael who's in my rugby team we are like the strongest in the team but hes like 30-40 Kilos bigger than me and people have always been saying who would win in a fight between me and him. At the start of the year we had a mini fight in the changing rooms. People say I won because he didnt land a punch on me. I just used leg kicks and finished it off with a high kick to the head. He was still standing but I was declared the winner by the people watching. Now that the year is almost over we have decided to fight again but only a little bit more dangerous. It will be a bare knuckle fight with boxing rules so its basicly a boxing fight with no gloves. There will be no knees, elbows, kicks, takedowns or any martial arts techniqes. Its strictly boxing rules.

He is around 90-100 Kilos and I am 65 Kilos. We are around the same height but he might be an inch or two taller. The last time I measured myself I was 5'8 or 5'9. He is significantly fatter and bigger than me and can probably generate a harder punch but im much much faster than him. He has no boxing or martial arts training. I have had boxing traing and understand all the basics to fighting but need some tactics as to how I should knock him out or just finish him. He has a much bigger reach so it makes it hard for me but im confident I can beat him if you guys can help me out with some combinations.

When you take your stance, make sure to square up as much as possible.

Tuck your thumbs deep into your palms and close your fingers around them.

Make sure your power hand hangs out there and is as close to your opponent as possible. This will increase your chances of making contact with him, and this would seem to be the goal. If necessary, keep your arm extended.

Contrary to popular belief, power is generated in the wrist and shoulder, not from the waist.

Keep your eyes closed and your head down when committing to a punch. This will make it harder for him to poke your eyes or hit your face in retaliation.

Plant your feet firmly into the ground so he can't push you over.

If you're right handed, your left hand is useless so don't use it.

Awesome, I'll stop by with my life savings as soon as I finish up that punch myself in the nuts conditioning drill you got me into. Also thanks for teaching me Ukrainian arm wrestling. I seem to win every time cause my opponent lets go of my hand and I punch myself in the face, but I still win, thats what counts.
