A thing on BJ's website is that fans send in their shadow boxing videos and the winner gets a free trip to Hawaii and gets to train with BJ or something like that. That's why the dude was shadowboxing I would assume.

Penn haters are way worse than Penn huggers. Penn haters are also more delusional. They said Joe Daddy would beat BJ via superior cardio and ground and pound. Then they said Sherk would outwork BJ and win a 4th round TKO. Some even said Pulver would knock BJ out in the rematch with his infamous left hook. Keep in mind BJ was a fairly heavy favorite all 3 fights. Now many of them are saying Florian will beat BJ if they ever fight. See a pattern here? Florian happens to be my favorite fighter in all of MMA but I can admit that he's not BJ. No matter who BJ fights there will be flocks of people on Sherdog hyping up his opponent and saying BJ will lose. Then after BJ wins easily, they will lambaste the same fighter they had sung the praises of all the way leading up to the fight so as to not have to give any credit to BJ.
