ADCC 2007 competitor Renato Migliaccio
Hello Everyone, here is a note from ADCC2007 competitor and great BJJ/JUDO/Wrestling fighter Renato Migliaccio:
"Dear Friends,
My name is Renato Migliaccio, I'm 28 years old, a sport's science graduate, and a Bjj Black Belt under Renzo and Ryan Gracie.
I've also earned throughout the years a Judo black belt, and I am also a international Greco-Roman wrestling competitor in the under 150lbs category.
I am finishing off my training at Renzo's Academy today with some of the greatest competitors in the sport such as Renzo, Roger Gracie, Braulio Estima, Rolles Gracie and Romulo Barral, and looking forward for this weekend's event.
I hope you are excited about ADCC 2007 as i am!!!
I will be competing in the under 66kg Cat (invite) and looking forward to the experience. It will be awesome to step up to the challange and confront myself with some of the best fighters in the world.
I'm writing you this letter today because I will like to hear your opion on the following idea.
I've noticed that many even top level fighters are good at one part of the game, but lack basic knowledge either of the top or of the ground game.
Therefore I will be starting a BJJ Camp this year in Sao Paolo, Brazil, where we will focus on developing fighters with a good balance between BJJ/Wrestling/Judo etc. so that they can comfortably fight on their feet and on their back.
I want this camp to be the best ever and specifically design it to improve your game! so please write me back with any feedback or ideas!!!!
