You can't do straight 10:1, because you can gang up on the bears. Sacrifice 999 Lesnars to distract 999 bears, and take the other 9001 Lesnars to target the bears one at a time.
IMO
1 Bear > 10 Lesnars
10,000 Lesnars > 1000 bears (if properly strategized)

Actually taking into account 10 Lesnars vs 1 Bear, have 2 Lesnars distract the bear, than have the other 8 Lesnars roll the bear onto his back, and then start punching it in the balls.

Lesnar could arm bar both of the bear's arms, knee bar on both legs, reak naked choke, and then have the other 5 Lesnar's dropping bombs on the his head.
