Of course there is racism, but racism doesn't stop the Korean faction (who should be getting the most flack) from getting representation. But that's because Korea is a huge market for K-1 right now, the same couldn't be said for Thailand.

Good point Koreans seem to embrace K1 whereas (and I hope I dont offend any1) the Thais seem too damn pridefull to accept anything that isnt straight Thaiboxing I guess that is probably one of the biggest reasons

They are going to be having some K-1 rules fights in Pattaya at Fairtex Stadium I wonder how well those will go over. They are having more and more MMA going on there too but yeah they love Muay Thai.
