Full Muay Thai rules from the world muay thai association(thailand) is much better to watch.
The thai fighters are amazing...all of the old Dekkers fights are great if you want to see good fights.

K-1 for the colourful personalities and bright light shows and gathering of fighters from around the world.
Muay Thai because those fighters are truly the elite modern day gladiators, and the matches are amazing.

I think it's a toss up. For me the I like the K-1 rules better. Limited clinching. But then again I don't come from a MT backround either.
