Yes it's that small. Much smaller actually.
IMO, you can't deny, that in terms of sheer athleticism, the US have the best athlets overall. We need only look at the NBA/NFL players and the # of medals the US consistently takes home.
For some reason the US just doesn't like kicking lol.

best athlets or not it does not matter, if you don't know how to block a lowkick you need to gtfo. Its not that you guys do not like kicking, its just the lack of skills and thinking yea I'm gonna stap in that ring and knock him out. Those lowkicks canot hurt me.

- good pedigree (for example a lot of the old karateka back in the days who brought kickboxing & muay thai here studied the arts in foreign countries and brought it back to holland)
- lots and i mean LOTS of schools : meaning lots of sparring partners
- small country so there's a lotta rivalry goin on between schools, there are lots of gala's and events.. competition level is very high, starting with the young kids up to the pro's
- good structure, people go through different ranking classes gradually going up these classes through the years, only to fight people of their own class... so they start out as a youth or newbee-class.. then go up to the next, and the next.. till finally they reach A-class.. so by that time they're well experienced fighters...
i guess it's sorta like wrestling in the states (?)

You cant be that naive.
You have looked at Population differences haven't you when looking at Olympic medals? Americans are underachievers when you look at the population size. America just blast the world with sports that are popular in the US to give the impression they are the best as usual.

i have many black friends. all of which are in great shape. naturally fast, strong, cut... you name it. athletic all around. i honestly think that in the couple hundred years that the slavery and all that crap went on, white society became lazy. all the while African-American folks were forced to do the hard work our ancestors didnt want to do. so, as evolution goes, they have maintained a natural, raw athleticism, where as white society has gone the complete opposite direction. obesity, out of shape, lazy... call me crazy.. call me what you want, i honestly believe thats why things are the way they are now.
coincidence they are superior in most sports??? i think not.

I'd look at economic reasons for black success in sports, more than a biological "evolution" argument, which doesn't hold. Evolution takes longer than a couple hundred years.
