Malaipet is amazing, and he's one of the strongest people you'll meet. Not p4p, just period.

With that being said, if he takes this fight seriously, which I've seen him do before, we can expect an upset.

Malaipet does not like losing. I know that's normal for fighters, but you can feel his heart, if that makes any sense. The guy will give it all he has, and Thai fighters will always prepare for another Thai fighter correctly.

If he comes in shape, which I think he can do, I think we can have an upset.

He's no slouch
Definately.
I'm rooting for Malaipet in this one.

Me too brother. Hopefully he can drop those pointed elbows that he loves so much.

Sorry, but Yod takes this one easily. Naruepol is a better fighter than Malipet and look what happened to him on the Contender.

I like Malaipet too, but even in shape he will likely lose this one.

I have only seen 3 of Malaipet's fights recent ones, but from what I've seen his style does not match up well against Yodsanklai's. Malaipet did seem to have a nice right hook but it wouldn't suprise me if Yod. kept knocking Malaipet off balance.

I'll go with Yod. He is technical and has strong middle kicks

The fight with Naruepol is a fix fight, i think. They are in the same gym and same country. I think Naruepol gave it to Yod easily because he knows Yod is better than him. I watch Naruepol fights and he is really good but seeing in the contender I doubt it that he just gave his game to Yod. I also agree that Naruepol is better than Malaipet.

Different level of competition but looks like he could step up. Would need to tighten some areas but is capable I think. Prediction; NOT going the distance!!!

Love it. That school Malaipet is training in the beginning of the video is the school I've grown up in since 5. It's as grungy and hardcore as it gets. Just beautiful.
