Both were kickboxing champions during an era before I was born but I have looked at both of the guy's records and what I see is that Don wins his fights- changes weight class and wins some more. Many of the opponents that Don fights are names you will still hear today so we have some base of comparison. The Jet sticks to his weight class and has a LOT of close or indecisive victories and NCs. I can hardly recognize the names of any of his fighters. I have seen some of Benny's fights with the commentary on and he talks about how hard this guy hits and how he thought he was out at this tome or that time and I have to say that the dude was plenty tough in his day but Don Wilson was a super legend who even in his mid 40s was looking for tough competition and winning convincingly. While Don was acting as commentator The Jet was preaching the anti MMA message that it is not a sport but a sloppy street fight without strategy. I deduct points for such views

As a side note Don Wilson can not act his way out of a paper bag and his movies suck on an imperial level.
