I really dont watch much K-1 but when its on espn i catch it and i just wanna know one thing what happened to my man Ernesto hoost dude was a beast i saw when he lost against sapp and sapp was put out due to injury and Hoost came back to win the tournament any info on him would be much apperciated

Ernesto will be fighting at the K-1 Final Elimination in Osaka, his opponent will be Fujimoto.
It was a surprise to many since Ernesto once said he would not be participating in tournaments anymore, just single superfights, but I am glad he goes for it once more.
Don't know if you heard about the planned rematch VS Sapp during the K-1 GP Amsterdam 13th May 2006, where Sapp walked out the last hour (due to contract issues, but the whole thing is still not completely clear).
