If they do put thais. They can always out either lower end ranked thais...or up and coming thais. And they need dutch and japanese fighters. Don't knoww hat weight though...maybe the 130 pound class. There is a lot of talent in that area

I think they should keep the contest within a Thai accessible weight class, as taking all Thai's out of Muay Thai would be absurd to me.

the most internationally common wgt is around 70kgs
i would like to see bigger names in that tourney

and understandable it being the first contender series, underbudgeted, understaffed, lack of planning..
imo the behind the scenes was flat and boring. after the 1st few series, i just fast forwarded to the bouts
as someone else pted out, would like to see dutch and japanese fighters in the mix

if not welter, lightwgt is the 2nd most internationally strong talent pool

The higher the weight, the more lumbering and boring the fighters are.

Who wants to watch people who gas out after 1 round?

Keep the weights low.
