Watanabes whole face and body expression breathe a more humble person than the act of a jackass when he was at his best in boxing. He just sounds much more down to earth.

It's nice when people can change to the better.

He is very charismatic indeed.

That`s the most useless piece of training equipment ever. It works by restricting your breathing, which has no use whatsoever apart from making you tire quicker.
They sell it here in Japan but I`v only ever saw 1 person using it.
