perhaps there is more to being a fighter than having big punching power and a good chin......

Sefo's performance was worst. Hunt did about as well as he could hope to and was just beaten by the far superior man. Mo had the misfortune to face someone who didn't want to fight. Maeda should have been disqualified for so much running, just like Sawa in the Jerome fight.
All in all I was only really disappointed by Sefo. But no one can say Badr lacks power.

The day before the fight he was 107kg. That is 236lb I believe.
I am having a hard time understanding why no one is giving Hari props. Almost a year to the day in the same location Sefo dropped Semmy and landed 5x more than Hunt before being stopped. Bregy landed a few big knees that didn't even slightly rattle him. Hari clearly upped his game. And I think Sefo will be back soon enough, and be more determind than ever.

I don't think anyone's disputing that Hari was the better man. But I'd like to see what he does in his next fight before deciding whether he was that much better or Sefo just had an off night.
Regardless, Ray needs an easy fight or two. I suggest that Enokida chap.

That's the fight game though....you only need to be the better man on the night to win. Sapp's entire career proves that.

I thought Hunt looked in decent shape...they said he weighed in around 275 or so but I'm not sure if that was accurate...anyone know?

True. But no one's destroyed Sefo like that before, not even Schilt, so it's natural for people to question his skills, chin, heart etc over Hari's dominance. Personally, I think he was just beaten by the better man, but I'd be interested to see if Hari now starts to go on a 95-era Aerts rampage.

Personally, I'm impressed with Hari, and I give Hari his props, he's getting better and better, and he's one of the best in K-1. But that wasn't Ray Sefo in his prime. Even if he was 236lbs, "VISUALLY" he didn't look good or in shape, he wasn't as fit and strong as he was a couple years back. Sefo hardly tasted canvas from 1999 to 2007, I can only remember him being down once or twice, and never KO'd. After the Schilt KO he's been dropped another four times. Two years ago Sefo was fighting much better like when he fought Azem Maksutaj in Las Vegas he was a completely different fighter. I can't stand seeing Sefo get mauled lately because then nobody will remeber how good his chin was and his will to stay of his feet used to be.
