It's a resort mate. The only resort that I know of where you can get good training is at Fairtex Pattaya and they EXTREMELY pricey. Just go to a real camp if you good muay thai.

yeah. only going over for a break this time hence samui. proper proper training it's all about bkk (in my expereince)

went to wmc and superpro. In my humble opinion I much preferred the latter. Thought there were too many people at WMC and got 1 round on the pads in 2 days!

if on a holiday would go to samui and superpro but if serious def Bangkok

I saw fabiano scherner on that show. hes the physical trainer i think. Theres this part where he looks at the camera and points to his bicep and goes i seem to have a bump there or something.
