Semmy weighed 305 lbs (139 kg)!!!
Is that heavy for him?

After my wife delivered my daughter one year ago, I went from welterweight to middleweight. Semmy has a new son... maybe he is having trouble training as much???

He still dominated JLB, but is 305 the heaviest he's ever been???

Offhand, I don't recall him weighing in at 305. He generally weighs about 275-290 or so. I think he may have weighed in for a fight at just about 300 pounds once, but I don't recall for sure. I suppose it may not make that much of a difference at that size.

maybe that 3 looked like a 9 to me.

He didn't look to be in the best shape I've seen him... but he was still good.

You gotta wonder who could possibly give him a serious run for that belt.
Aerts looked good on the undercard... but you never know with K-1.
