Ruslan VS Melvin

Man this was the first time I've seen this fight. Ruslan hasn't been the same since Badr Hari KO'd him.

After he won the vegas Gp he looked friggin awsome. Then he took some hard losses againsed sefo again, glaube, Badr and Melvin...Ive been saying this forever...the boy needs to learn to duck! I love his fighting style...agressive, he only knows one gear...thats foward. I think hes also a lilltle light weighing around 205-210. Regardless i think hes awsome....just lost to some quality guys...(ftr him fighting JLB at the next show is not gonna help his situation)

I've watched a bunch of times now and did anyone else feel REALLY REALLY bad for him?

Yeah...I did...I was rooting for Ruslan. You either have a good chin or you don't. Imagine if you put Mark Hunt's head on Ruslan's body.

He needs to retire. When you get badly KTFO'd on the first real punch in a SUPERFIGHT you're done. The guy has half a dozen forks in him already ...

This fight also highlights the kind of power Melvin carries at his weight.

i do not think he has been the same since Sefo made him sleep twice.

but that is what you get when you are 100% high octane offense, you eventually run into someone or some people who can turn that 100% against you

his career aint over
if you get knocked out bad usually it is much easier to get knocked out afterwards but if it takes a guy to get hit brutally in boxing hundreds of times or a couple times in a week get KTFO to get near death Ruslan has a long way to go before he is in trouble.

Plus what else is he gonna do, quit? work in Russia? he is a fighter, fighters fight!
