Sefo wasn't even throwing, he looked terrible.
If I were lookinf for an e-fight, I'd say he took a dive.
But he is 37, and fights rarely, has been sick a lot recently while Hari is in his prime.
Sefo wasn't KOed though. He's still a bad-ass.

Hari seems to be getting heavier and more experienced and Sefo is getting older so he can't bully his opponents as much. Sefo has fooled a lot with his theatrics, a clever way to catch a break, but against taller opponents that are quite aggressive his currents limits are showing. What Hari said before the fight about 3 years ago Sefo wouldn't have lost to Bregy was true.
