Yes. In fact, IIRC, that's happened more than once. He split his shin open in one of his fights with Filho and it happened again [fairly] recently.

but yeah.. used to train at the gym where his team (Team Aerts) trained.. but they always trained at 12 till 2 pm when i had to work

if your conditioning was up there you could join in.. supposedly the training was awesome
