You fought FIVE rounds against Buakaw for your 100th fight milestone and you did so admirably. There was definitely no loser in this fight.

Firstly did Lennox Lewis recognise you?? I know the chances are low but that would be pretty cool, A nice roundhouse to the midsection would have quickly let him no who you were!! MT representing and stuff!
Secondly what was all that stuff about Buakaw refusing to fight at 71KG or something I heard when watching the fight???
Thirdly I also though Buakaw won, Purely because of his kicks, You said it was the wrong tactics because you thought u'd just KO him but on reflection do you think you should have finished more of your combos with kicks especially when he was tiring in the later rounds?? WIll that be something you work on in the future or is it too far ahead in your career and you feel your successful enough as you obviosuly are, with your current style!

I took Lewis down in the eating comp, he only had one hamburger where I had two burgers, chips, sunday and apple pie, I smashed him.

Pro Killer,
Its so hard to think what if when fighting someone like Buakaw, I wanted to kick more to the body but everytime I did he would catch and sweep. My corner told me to stop kicking the body and just leg kick so he couldnt counter me. Every fight is different and got to make different game plan for each, unfortunately I went in with the wrong plan and it cost me the fight. Even after 100 fights there is still so much to learn in this sport. With the few years I have left in the sport I hope I can still keep evolving and keep trying to find the perfect style.
Just got to keep trying to get as many fights as I can while still enjoy my time competing against the best in the business. I enjoy winning but just being in the ring with the best guys out there truely is a buzz and hope can still do so for a while yet.

JW, I thought your boxing was great. You put together some really nice combo's and definitely lost nothing to Buakaw in that department. I think your assessment was right, he knows how to score the points. His sweeps and kicks to the body, even though you blocked pretty much all of them, were the point scorers. Maybe if it was K1 you might have taken it? Dunno, but it was a top fight, so walk with your head high. Thanks for the show.
