Talking about shootboxer Souwer is what - an argument for karate effectiveness comparing to muay thai?

What is the world best competition? I'm pretty shure there are lots of karate fighters there.

K-1 is too easy for best karate fighters. Buakaw, Andy, Masato are not tough enough for them. Yeah, damn right. Of course there is no need to prove it effectiveness versus other styles. All we need - just to believe in it. And all other logic, facts and videos are biased...

Ok, dude I'll watch them. And you watch Kyshenko fights then (it won't be difficult - there are only several but very impressive fights).

I have seen Kyshenko fight many times. But all I was saying was Masato had either stoped or knocked down alot of fighters with his left hook.

in all fairness. k-1 isn't muay thai. i think buakaw would still be raping people in the clinch if they didn't change the clinch rule

One thing I noticed nowadays, "lucky punch" is taking on new meaning depending on who you ask. Some of us can safely assume it means "He's lucky he got that punch off". Sure it wasn't "lucky" as in blindly swinging but maybe all can agree that Kyshenko was tooling him up until that point, or at the very least he consistently had Masato in deep shit until Masato caught him. Still would like to see the rematch.

Semmy isnt technically all he is cracked up to be. IF he was a normal sized HW.. like 6'2 or something, he would be FUCK ALL
traditional martial are gay? you're a moron. many fighters base their style on traditional disciplnes.

MMA is made up of many different traditional styles molded into one all-ecompasing style, hence the name "mixed martial arts.

before you start talking shit about traditional martial arts, think before you post...
