I'm 6'1" and fight at 155. It may not sound that big, but from my experience I'm bigger than most at that weight.

Long knees are your friend. Jabs, leg kicks, foot jabs, use these often.

I'm pretty tall as well and the more i learn in san da and kickboxing classes the more it seems that if you think of your jab as "LONG" and your straight as "STRONG" it will start to make a little more sense as far as approaching techniques.

This is something I'm also trying to figure out, watching pure boxing matches on friday night fights, etc. will give you some great tips on things like this too. teddy atlas goes into it at length with examples. also, if you get espn classic (i feel like an espn promoter) check out their strikeforce boxing at 12 AM and kickboxing/muay thai at 1AM. great fights and alot of the european fighters are taller.

for MT Dieselnoi is hard to find videos for, but you will easily find footage of Sato and Chapman, who are both like 6feet 2.

Hong Man Choi, Semmy Schilt. Bjorn Breggy, Akebono, and the Predator all stand over 6'5 and weigh over 250lbs.

Semmy Shilt is the man to watch. In MMA Tim Sylvia and Gan Mcgee come to mind. I wouldn't try to coppy Mcgee's style though.
