K1 DVD's

Just curious if there is any place online where I can buy K1 World Grandprix dvds. The sherdog store only has a small handful of the US grandprix matches... I'd really love to see some of the Grand Prix finals.

I would recommend buying the K-1 Anniversary collection off of eBay (just checked if it's still up there and it's currently not. Just check every now and then because it gets put up and down randomly). It chronicles the first 10 years of K-1 and comprises 6 DVD's and runs about 3 hours each (can't remember exactly as I watched it last year). It's all in Japanese and they are DVD rips but worth the money.

Obviously there is a market for k-1 dvds. This topic pops up very frequently.
You can buy either the cheap versions around which will cost you about 15 $ or
the real ones. The originals can be bought at budovideos.com. Select - Mma events - k-1
These dvds are expensive as people have pointed out, but what you get is top quality and also stuff behind the scenes which is great really. You see the k-1 starr warming up, doing pre and post fight interviews, fantastic artwork and the presentation is like K-1 worthy ... Nowadays they are also dual layer discs. The negative site is that they cost a lot; 50 to 60 $. Up to you to decide what you prefer!

i wouldnt. those DVDs have just highlights of most of the fights, some are just a few seconds long. good if you can watch them for free, but i wouldnt pay money for that stuff.

I bought a couple K-1 events off of Plutovideo.com...they were just burned DVD-R but still very good quality and had everything an avid K-1 fan would want. I purchased K-1 1993-2003 and it had all the big matches...interviews with all the big name popular fighters...behind the scenes (warm ups, training)...and was about 3 hrs long. Downside is that it didn't really come with a nice case or anthing, I was hoping to put it on a shelf as a collectible, but a CD case isn't really something to look at.

Cheap too...$15 each.

That K-1 anniversary collection is really difficult to find. If they were smart they would release all the WGP's that's something i'd definitely buy if I could find it anywhere.

I totally disagree. There isn't a larger collection of footage put on DVD in a single DVD box. Ofcourse they cannot put complete fights up, but 6x3 hours of K-1 footage with very rare fights is worth the money for me.

The real classics like Aerts vs Hoost, Hug vs Crocop, and a couple of more are shown in full.
