After replaying the same handful of K-1 shows the past few years, ESPN2 actually showed some fights that I hadnt seen before this weekend. They were all from a show in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The headline fight was a thai Sudskorn vs John Storey. Among other fights shown over and hour and a half was a superheavyweight fight with Oliver Van Damme. The announcers said
that Van Damme had just been k.o.'d be Jerome Lebanner a few months before, so I guess this show is from last year? This wasnt the greatest show, but at least ESPN2 is giving us something new for the first time in years.
I saw it, Pretty entertaining, but for an ESPN Telecast, the talent was kind of weak, so was the production value. But hey, at least it's kickboxing...
im not a big fan of full contact kickboxing...i prefer muay thai, so this card wasn't all that entertaining to me...plus it was on at like 2 in the mourning in my area

It was also two in the morning for me. Who were those two super skinny guys fighting?!

The Irish girl was fierce-looking. She had a face that could scare a snake. Too bad she got robbed on the decision.
not the prettiest fight, but it was interesting because the irish girl dominated the whole fight except for getting knocked down 2 or 3 times. Still, she probably should have won.
