I found out today my dad is dating his ex wife.

There was this UFC match between him a someone I am not familliar with. He ended the fight with his opponent in a cruxifix-ish position while he is raining down BIG elbows. Pretty scary stuff from him.

That's his sister.

Considering his age and training background when he retired from PRIDE after trying to kill Don, I'd say he was successful in K-1. Partially because he is crazy strong and hits like a truck, but he did well to keep up with the more refined and experienced kickboxers.

He had some good GP showings, I believe two final appearences, winning one tournament and making the Final Eliminations.

At the very least, he could kick your dad's ass.

Gary has been a fixture in the fight game for a long time now but his career has seen better days and currently in K-1 he is not really considered top tier.
I saw him fight hong man choi last year and he was a shadow of his former self. ok, hmc is huge but i dont think gary threw one punch the entire fight and covered up until the ref stopped it early in the first round. was the worst fight on the whole card that night. his wars with igor in pride were great fun to watch tho.

and yes, he would brutalize your dad

all i can say about him is that all of his fights are entertaining and that hes a crazy guy.
