I met Hoost today!
I was at the seni-show (big martial arts expo) and i bumped into Ernesto Hoost just as he was comming into the venue. I shook his hand and took a photo. Cool guy.
Now for the funny part! He had a "guide". Basically some chick with big titts wearing very little. Just as I was walking off she says to him "so where did you fight?".
He looked at her silently.
then she goes "the UFC right?".
Hoost: "the what?". I tell her at this point that hes a k1 legend.
Girl: Woops, i should know that really!
Hoost: Yea, you should!
He didnt look happy lol!

i was there as well
i felt really bad for him
he was on the toe 2 toe stall and no one was talking to him
there was a queue a mile long to see mike bisping and an absolute legend was 100 yards away and the majority of the people there didnt have a fucking clue who he was

Very disrespectfull to someone like Hoost.

Just sad the way the americans hype "their" fighters up and make them "superstars".

no disrespect to bisping because i think hes great but was just kinda sad
i saw hoost later on walking through the crowd and no one was bothering him
this was supposed to be the annual event for martial artists and lots of arseholes where covered from head to toe in mma clothing and no one knew who he was
