Choi has been sent home today, after he submitted medical documentaions stating he is losing his eye sight, a problem possibly related to his tumor. They wil re-examine him later date and decide if he still has to serve or be exampt.

that is shitty. I wish him the best of luck. He looks like a happy/ good guy and war training / anything war related is just plain shitty.

In korea if you have a medical reason you can be given a non military desk job. Basically you work as a paper pushing public servant. im assuming this is what he will get. The good part is it means he cans till train, just not fight.

Actually, translated in English, they are pronouncing it correctly. Its like a few years ago when everyone kept saying "Its Emelianenko Fedor!"

No, its Fedor Emelianeko in Western cultures.

I think the idea is if you are used to hearing the name in the original culture it sounds really weird to hear it the other way. Won hee Lee, Su hi Ham, Dong Sik Yoon all sound like completely different names to me.

They should've regarded CHM/HMC a special case and given him a job as a JSA guard. All JSA guards have to meet certain standards to look intimidating to NK guards, and that includes meeting height standards.

Just give him a JSA uniform to fit on, and set up a large video screen across the DMZ replaying Choi's K-1 fight footages, and he is good to go.
