Both Gary and his sister are good people. Got nothing but respect for them. Very few people will really put in the effort to try to change from pure MMA to pure K-1 rules, he did it, fought against a lot of the best, did great against some, earnt respect of others. He fights hard, and entertains.

Gary Goodridge is a 9 time world arm restling champion with CRAZY Power! His home town is about 20 minutes away from mine and I use to go to the same gym as him. He would come and train train grappeling with a former wrestling olympian in the area. Then afterwards, he would pump some weights. The guy would use 120lb bars for biscep curls. He said he could curl 250lbs one time. Like everyone said, his MMA record isnt the best, but his fights are usually great.
