Yeah it's easy to see for us watching it on T.v...but think of it from Carnage's perspective. The ref takes a look at Spong, waves his hands low...and then steps out from between the fighters as he is doing so! If I were fighting a man as dangerous as Spong, I'd want to jump at the opportunity to finish the job as well lol. The referee should have been much more clear in his intention.

What carnage did had to be punished but he won the fight fair and square the ref had waved if off.

Everyone knows how it panned out. The NC doesn't make Spong any better or Carnage any worse. I think they both showed incredible skill and I hope they can agree to terms for a MT rematch in the future, on the Gold Coast. With Yod V JWP on the card, and lots of dancing girls... and free stuff. Lots of free stuff.

Ref was not clear in his actions and decision, the action which the ref should of stopped had no bearing on the fight and no malice on the fighters.
Carnage KO'd Spong on Spongs terms it is clearly evident Carnage is the better of the two and it is equally evident you will try anything to try to discredit that.

ofcourse but its not only the ref fault...Carnage is a pro, he knows the ref needs to say /give a clear signal b4 restarting the fight. Also the count was verry long so he knew the fight was over.He just wanted to finish Spong and it backfired.

and no its not clearly lol. Its like saying Mosab amrani is better then anuwat kaewsamrit because he beated anuwat once.Imo Carnage was the better fighter that night.(Altho spong won the first 2 rounds....)

You are saying Carnage already knew the fight was over, that is utter bullshit!!!!!! So that is to say no matter what the ref did you think Carnage still would of gone after Spong again. Seriously where do you come up with this shit?

It is very clear as Carnage and Spong were widely regarded as the best 2. This was not some major upset, this was a fight between the best 2 which ended by KO. Im not saying Carnage would beat Spong every time they fight but i am saying as of this time Carnage is the better fighter.
