Can someone critique me?

If any of you are EXPERIENCED thai boxers/kickboxers can you tell me what I need to improve on and what some strengths and weaknesses are because I want to try out for the next lightweight season of TUF.

It's just some light bag work and the stand is only about half way full with water so I can move it around and its kinda been through hell.

here's the link it wouldn't let me embed the video

Get a real bag, you can't tell anything from that video because it keeps falling over.
Also, videos from your fights would be much more helpful than bag videos. Oh yeah and you'll probably get better feedback in the Stand Up forum.

keep it simple, stop trying to over-do things!

Keep your stance tight and compact and aim to keep a decent rythm! Also I find faking an inside leg kick usually gives you decent wiggle room for starting different combo's IMO

You should be much more relaxed. You're jumping around a lot. You keep moving your hands like crazy. Try to be much more relaxed and keep your elbows parallel to your body. You leave your mid section wide open the way you keep your elbows. When you're punching try to keep your non-punching hand by your chin and the elbow of that arm once again parallel to your body.
You're not measuring your distances. Try using the whole length of your arm when punching and try to kick with your shin.
Apart from that, maybe you should buy a normal heavy bag, because this thing you're using isn't what you're looking for if you want a serious training session.

Firstly, don't ask for a critique on your bagwork. Its a very inadequate reflection of your fighting ability.

Secondly asking for critique on sherdog is just stupid. Its innevitably dissing yourself. Dont you have trainers/sparring partners to critique you? How do you even think you're gonna get on TUF? From showing them your bag work?

Thirdly that stupid bag was driving me fucking crazy. A good heavybag should leave you drained after a good 3 minute session. You were drained from picking up that stupid thing every few seconds.

You asked for criticism and got it. Good points, you have some degree of skill by what is seen. The bad points, this was a ridiculous video to post and a ridiculous request in a ridiculous thread.

i won't pretend to be a pro, but from my training, i would slink back a little, feel the weight on your back foot, relax, and keep your hands up even with kicks. it's easy to lapse your guard but keep your blocks with every attack. id definitely get a bag as well, my bag's chained on a stand since it's in an apartment and i can't hang it from a ceiling. i know a buddy of mine has a garage but he doesn't trust dangling a bag from the ceiling, so the stand is useful. dick's sporting goods has decent bags for like 80 dollars.

you should probably fill up the wave master ... i have one and i know i kick hard and its extremely hard to knock over unless im using the spinning back kick

and why do u always jump into the jab ?

and you drop your hands when u start punching combos. meaning ur not reseting ur hands after each punch

and finally bag work isnt the best way to judge someones skills ie. kimbo slice

once he is in the ring all his stright punches on the bag become wild hooks
