Wow the size difference is ridiculous. Manhoef is a fucking warrior though. I haven't seen heart like this in forever.

Remy had such an advantage in this fight. I can't wait till K-1 evolves and there are more weight classes. Manhoef would be very hard to beat if he had the chance to fight at his weight class, he could come into ring at 185 or 190lbs if he had the chance. Personally I know some great kickboxers who are too big for Max and too small for heavyweights, and they are exciting as hell, but no real chance yet for them in K-1...

im sure we would all agree about Manhoef's striking ability, but i do belive that he has some of the heaviest hitting hands in any style of fighting on earth.

Remy's kicks are so pinpoint and brutal. Same goes for his knees. He clearly weathered the early onslaught and picked his openings. Obviously the size advantage played a big party in it. Props to Manhoef though. He never fails to entertain. I would love to see him in the UFC against a good striker!

1 big weightclass is half the point of K-1. thats why the "1" is there dont see that happening anytime soon, and i dont want it to happend either.

Manhoef needs to polish his fighting game a lot then, although he is athletic and explosive he still has big gaps in his defence and is not as technically well-rounded as some people think.

But to defend him, Manhoef is focusing mainly on MMA atm and often comes to fight on short notice. He has unbelievable heart and guts going up against heavier opponents, but I hope he ain't gonna be knocked out too many times for his own good. I don't want to see such an exciting fighter end his career to early.
