Badr getting much larger and powerful

Badr Hari looked a lot more muscular in his title defense against Feitosa. His power also seemed to increase. Physically he may be closing the gap between him and Schilt. In fact I might even think he can win at this point as Schilt looks a bit slower than Hari.

Also what was up with the Japanese commentating during the Schilt fight? During the third round I thought I was listening to the soundtrack of a porn film.

Hahaha indeed. Looks like the Japanese girl only gets pay for making porn sounds.

While still preserving his speed, did anyone else notice the speed of his punches?

I always wonder what those Japanese commentator ladies get paid to do besides the porn sounds

He has some of the fastest hands out of any heavyweight kickboxer. I really thought his fight against Feitosa would be a war. Man was I wrong...

Yep, he had some real stingy "jabs". He also seemed to defend Feitosa's left kicks with his left leg. I guess it was part of the game plan against Feitosa's brazilian kick. Avoid any inclination to defend the faked mid kicks with your hands and exposing your head something that would happen naturally if you got hit by the mid kicks. I bet he planned to use his right leg to defend low kicks, his left leg to defend the mid kicks and keep his hands up at all times to avoid the high kick and faked mid kicks.

He's generating some crazy core power that is almost unblockable. And his speed and reach is looking tougher to gauge by the fight. He's a nasty matchup for anyone right now.
