Michael “The Black Sniper” McDonald is widely considered the most successful international kickboxer Canada has ever produced. A Canadian Heavyweight Champion, he specializing in the devastating K-1 style. He is a 3 time K-1 World Grand Prix Las Vegas tournament Champion and is known for his fast explosive style and superb technical abilities. The third time Michael won the title, the award was presented to him by none other than Muhammed Ali and Mike Tyson. He has fought against all the biggest names in the world including UFC Champion Machida, Cro-Cop, Sefo, Leko, Aerts, Bonjasky, Schilt, Feitosa, and fr. UFC Champion Maurice Smith to name a few. When he is not teaching classes, he is busy signing autographs for Rev instructors. He is teaching at both Revmma.com locations: Toronto and Thornhill.

You don't necessarily have to be a top fighter to be a great coach. Likewise, being a great fighter does not qualify you as a great instructor. They are both very different things.

Granted that having ring experience usually does contribute to coaching skills

I've heard good things about him and think its awesome that he's coming to Toronto!

ya he was good but i dont think on the same lvl.plus 99% of his fight's we in canada.

Awesome news.Toronto now has two K1 fighters who ppl can train with.(Mcdonald / Dida)

What sort of classes will Mcdonald be teaching (from begginers to advanced? )

He will be teaching all levels in both boxing and kickboxing. He is also available for private lessons. I have trained over 5 hours with him this week alone and can't wait to do more, really, really nice, solid guy with a TON of experience that he translates into lessons very easily.
