Has anyone here traveled to Holland to train at Vos, Mejiro, etc.? where did u stay? what was the price of accomodation, food, training, laundry, stuff like that? how long did u stay for?
if you are planning to train here well most gyms are not like in thailand. you can not sleep at the gym or eat. you have to rent a appartment and buy your own food...
a proper meal will cost you around 15 euro's =22 dollars
training for 1 month you will pay between 38 dollars/50 dollars.

$22/meal?! I spend $22 for food for a few days.
Holy crap that is expensive. Dont you guys have like Burger King or something?! Wow that is a lot of money for food. I would suggest the guy going should try to buy/make his own food to save money.

well you can also buy a mcdonalds meal it will cost you around 11 dollars
