I knew that wasn't going to come across right.
I know hot hard drugs.
That's what I meant, scripts or sups?

I must have missed the Alcohol as a fat burner thread, coz aren't you the really fat guy who asks super detailed yet simple questions about dialing in your diet all the time?

he's overweight. he was training for fedor, but he started dropping acid and smoking marijuana cigarettes all the time, wearing tie-dye, and eating pizza. then he accidentally knocked his ho' up so he married her in a shotgun wedding and now he's trying to make sure he's around for teh kid.

Why does he responds to the posts for you, and you respond to the posts for him?
Is it a script or not? Or are you just talking about chaser/charcoal?

This is reasonably accurate. I am quite overweight. I was training at one time to be a fighter. I smoked marijuana far before that though. I actually wore a tie dye shirt today, of an allman brothers concert from 2002. I worked as a pizza delivery guy for a while. I did accidentally knock up my lady and married her. I have no regrets about it now though, and I was serious about marrying her before it happened...serious enough to tell my parents I was going to do so. I am trying to make sure I'm around for the kid. It is like you know my life story JSN...in a round about almost right sort of way.

Cysteine does seem to have benefits for liver health, and is used to reverse the damage associated with Tylenol overdose. Drinking on the weekend isnt going to cause huge damage to your liver unless you are drinking like a case of beer on Friday and a fifth of Scotch on Saturday (over exaggeration but you get it). If you are drinking over 3 drinks each day of the weekend, we call that binge drinking. Best thing to do is not drink yourself stupid, and take a b-complex vitamin every day. Milk thistle is rumored to work, and some studies have showed benefit, but the truth is that it will probably not do a whole lot, but wont hurt you either.

When I go out I drink about 5-10 drinks. This happens usually twice a week. I'm not a big person, like 160 lbs (OF PURE MUSCLE). I'm just worried about my liver since it's the only organ that I seem to be damaging with maybe excessive alcohol consumption. Do you have any idea of what my risks are of getting some sort of liver disease? I really just want to find the best ways of mitigating my risks. I can't quit drinking because it's one of the few things I really enjoy.
I do take a b-complex when I drink and now I just started taking milk thistle. I'm curious as to how b vitamins help to counter the effects of drinking. Can you please explain this in more detail? What's a good dose and when should it be taken?
