You know what I don't understand. Since "who crushed Vince," is a storyline, why did they bother having the wrestlers break kayfabe to help him? Aren't they going to go back to not liking him for the story anyway? Seems counter productive to me.

You should really post ECW spoiler stuff sometime, even the dirtsheets I go to are too lazy to report spoilers/results of it anymore,they still do Smackdown though,with the draft,I'll be sure to watch Smackdown now so don't spoil those.

Trying to make it seem like not a storyline though,so by breaking kayfabe with the people coming trying to help and calling him HHH as Paul,it might come off more realish

Still seems pointless to me. Worked shoots involving Vince always seems lame to me though. He doesn't do the reality blends with story thing very well.
